Hannah has been instructing yoga and facilitating movement
since 2014.

Her teaching is rooted in presence, authenticity, and connection. With over a decade of experience guiding Yoga, Pilates, and movement classes, she creates spaces that invite people to show up, tune in, and move with intention.

Hannah began her teaching journey with her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Seven Centers Healing Arts in Sedona, Arizona, where she studied Hatha Yoga, Ayurveda, Vedic Astrology, meditation, and holistic wellness. She continued her education through specialized trainings in Colorado, Oregon, and Massachusetts, earning certifications in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Sculpt, and Reiki Level I. In 2019, she received her first Pilates certification through Equinox in New York City and most recently completed her Reformer certification through Neu Pilates, based out of Canada.

Her discipline and dedication to her own practice continue to fuel her desire to share the same gift with others, the gift of experiencing what it feels like to live with greater presence, strength, confidence, and flow.

Hannah believes movement is an opportunity to build trust, quiet the noise, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through every class, she strives to create a welcoming space where everyBODY can breathe, move, and evolve together, and where each practice becomes a gathering of energy, expression, and belonging.
